xxOriginal property owners who intend to buy back their property may desire to reside in the property.  In that instance, the original owner will enter into a month to month lease agreement with PRS. The annual rental rate will be calculated at 25% of the acquisition costs in order to give PRS a 25% return on investment. Our plan includes provision for the original owner to rent the property until the time it is re-sold.  This enables PRS to continue earning while the property is on the market.
