Development Options
There are nine single family homes and two extra lots in this entire grouping. If we buy all the lots, there could be 66 to 72 lots created. However, convincing 11 property owners to sell is like herding cats. Therefore, the plan below requires only three property owners sell. The other owners my opt-in once they see activity.
Estimated cost for 3 properties is $700,000 to $800,000.
$800,000 / 27 lots = $29,629 per lot; plus, improvements.
Below, 66 lots could fit if all 11 properties were purchased. (homes about 2,500 sq ft)
